George Blower Verified listing

During his time at BOA Stage and Screen George has specialised in technical production, developing his skills in lighting design, video editing and sound mixing, enabling him to pave new avenues in the live events and broadcasting world. Within his time at the college, George has adapted to learn new and unique skills within technology, including time coding for lighting, the uses of focus pallets on ETC and the digital submission of video course work. George has also gained several design credits on shows such as Macbeth at the Old Rep Theatre, and most recently working as an associate designer for Peter Pan the Musical, alongside professional designer Will Monks as part of the Old Rep Theatre’s Christmas production.  
Despite securing an offer from Rose Bruford to advance his skills within the lighting control industry, George aims to learn a new skill set within Live Events Technology at Solent University, hoping to adapt his skills to live sports broadcasting.
