During his time at BOA Rodion has specialized in sound and stage working on Sound and Follow Spot for Wizard of Oz, Stage for Chicago, Sound 2 and Follow Spot for a Market Boy and lots more for the past 2 years. Rodion has also been on work placement at The Birmingham Hippodrome with Birmingham Royal Ballet as part of the Stage Crew for the four week run of the Nutcracker in December and has secured another place working with the Stage Crew for Cinderella in February.
